Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of delivery of the products, without having to provide any reason.

Once you have submitted your request, you will receive a confirmation to the email address you provided. You will then be provided with instructions for returning the goods.

The refund will be made within the terms established by applicable law, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Please note that the right of withdrawal may be excluded in the cases provided for by Article 59 of the Consumer Code, including personalized products, custom-made goods, or other categories for which the law does not provide for returns.
